Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the LeadBot service ("Service") provided by LeadBot ("we," "us") to business customers ("you").
1. The Service
LeadBot is a chat widget you embed on your website. It engages your website visitors, collects inquiry details, and delivers them to you by email. Free trials last 14 days, require no payment card, and convert to paid service only if you choose to subscribe.
2. Fees
Paid service is billed at the rate agreed at signup (currently $75/month), charged monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
3. No guarantees
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, any business outcome, or uninterrupted availability. AI-generated chat responses may occasionally be inaccurate; the Service collects inquiries and is not a substitute for your own communication with customers.
4. Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the right to add the widget to your website. You are responsible for how you use lead information and for complying with laws that apply to your business, including any consent or privacy obligations to your own customers.
5. Lead data
Leads collected through your widget belong to you. We access them only as needed to deliver and support the Service.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend service for non-payment or misuse. Upon termination, we will stop collecting leads through your widget.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Erie County, New York.
