Terms of Service

These are the terms you and LeadBot agree to when LeadBot starts answering your phone. Written plainly, so you can read them before you sign up.
1. What you get
LeadBot answers your business phone. It picks up when you don't, books jobs on your calendar, takes down caller details, and sends you a summary by text and email. Some customers also run the LeadBot chat box on their website. These terms cover both. The free trial runs 14 days, after hours only, and takes no card. It turns into paid service only if you decide to keep it. Text STOP to end a trial whenever you want.
2. What it costs
Setup is $1,500, once. After that it is $900 a month for Core or $1,400 a month for Pro, each with the minutes listed on our pricing page. Extra minutes are $0.50 each. We invoice you monthly. It is month to month: give us 30 days notice and service ends when the notice runs out. We do not refund partial months.
3. Recording calls
LeadBot records and transcribes the calls it answers, because that is how it writes your summaries. The greeting tells callers the call may be recorded. Recording and telemarketing rules change from state to state, and following the ones that apply to your business and the places you serve is on you.
4. Text messages
LeadBot texts you call summaries and service notices. It texts your callers to confirm a booking when they leave a number. Give us a number you are allowed to use for your business. Anyone can reply STOP and the texts stop.
5. What we do not promise
LeadBot is sold as is. We do not promise a certain number of calls, a certain number of booked jobs, any particular result for your business, or that the service never goes down. AI gets things wrong sometimes. LeadBot takes messages and books work, it does not replace talking to your customers, and it is not an emergency service.
6. What is on you
The number you forward has to be yours to forward. The prices, hours, and service details you hand LeadBot are yours to keep accurate, and it will only quote what you gave it. How you use caller information is on you, along with whatever privacy and consent rules you owe your own customers.
7. Your data is yours
The summaries, transcripts, and leads that come through your account belong to you. We open them only to run the service or to fix something that went wrong.
8. How much we can owe you
As far as the law allows, what we owe you on any claim caps at what you paid us in the three months before it came up. We are not on the hook for indirect or knock-on losses, including lost profits, lost work, or a call that got missed.
9. Ending it
You can leave any time, with the 30 days notice on paid plans. We can suspend service if you stop paying or misuse it. When it ends, LeadBot stops answering and we help you take the forwarding back off your line.
10. Which law applies
New York law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Erie County, New York.
