What about emergencies

You set the rules. Tell us what counts as an emergency and what hours we're allowed to ring your cell. A burst pipe at 11pm gets you. A quote request at 11pm gets a message and a callback in the morning.

This is not an emergency service. Anyone with a life-threatening emergency should hang up and call 911.

The cheap tools hand you a login and a blank prompt and wish you luck. We build the whole thing with you on the phone, test it against real calls, and fix it when a customer says something it didn't expect. You're not learning a new piece of software, you're getting a phone that gets answered.

LeadBot is me, Maddox Cole. I'm based in Williamsville, and LeadBot is built for shops here in Western New York. I set up every shop myself, on the phone with you, and I'm the one who fixes it if a caller throws it something it didn't expect.

Does it sound like a robot?

What happens with emergencies?

It transfers the call to your cell during the hours you pick. You decide what counts as an emergency.

Do I need new software or a new phone?

No. You keep your number and your phone. We set up call forwarding so LeadBot only picks up when you don't.

What if it can't answer a question?

It takes the caller's name, number, and what they need, and texts it to you.

Can it quote prices?

Only prices you give it. If it doesn't know, it says someone will confirm.

No. Month to month, cancel any time. If it's not working in your first 30 days, we refund that month.
